We are passionate about creating a viable agriculture

A successful change of ownership is not only about finances, but also about people, relationships and faith in the future. When the change takes place in time, space is created for new ideas, a different leadership that contributes to a viable rural area.

Our driving force is to contribute to sustainable ownership changes in Sweden's green industries where experience and innovation go hand in hand and conflicts and disagreements are resolved in a timely manner.

Our values

Our philosophy

At Skifta Rikt, we see people as the most important resource in every company. When communication works, when generations understand each other, and when there is room for both emotions and decisions, then change becomes sustainable.

We help entrepreneurs talk about what often ends up between the lines. To dare to listen, question, explain and meet. That's where the shifts really start to take shape.

Our purpose

Timely ownership changes are crucial for the future of agriculture and food security. But the most important shift occurs within people, when they dare to let go, or dare to take the step into something new.

Skifta Rikt is about creating a balance between the personal and the professional. About giving space to emotions, values and relationships as much as to economics and law. Our purpose is to contribute to viable companies where people thrive, and in this way future-proof green entrepreneurship.

Mission and vision

Sara Hjalmarsdotter Gund

Lawyer, Wermlands Juridiska AB

Sara has many years of experience in legal issues related to business, family law and ownership in the green industries. She is passionate about making the law understandable and uses it as a tool for security rather than something complicated and daunting. In Skifta Rikt, she complements Erika's business and coaching perspective with legal expertise, so that each participant gets both structure and security in their plan.

The method that makes SkiftaRikt unique

Skifta Rikt is a digital training program that combines lectures, tutorials and practical exercises. We help participants understand both the human and financial aspects of a change of ownership and find ways forward where family, business and future are interconnected.

As a complement to Skifta Rikt, there is BondMatch, a matching function that helps transferors and transferors find each other.
