We match farm owners with future farmers who need a path into agriculture
BondMatch is a digital matching function that makes it easier for buyers or lessees and owners of farms to find each other. BondMatch is not a traditional brokerage service, we focus on people and soft values and are happy to collaborate with brokers later in the process. We help sellers and buyers find each other, get to know each other's goals and values and begin a collaboration that can lead to a future takeover. For example, a transfer can take place in stages over several years.
The service is under construction, but you can already submit an expression of interest to be the first to try BondMatch when it is launched.

Here, buyers or lessees and owners of agricultural companies from all over Sweden meet in a safe, structured and humane process.
We match not only on price and location, but on people's motivations, values and future plans. The goal is to create long-term sustainable ownership changes where buyers are phased in and sellers are phased out. In this way, both the person leaving and the person taking over feel secure, have a sense of belonging and a belief in the future.
Through BondMatch, participants receive:

A clear plan forward – both business and personal. The seller develops an exit plan and the buyer/lessee develops a business plan.
A safe transition for both parties
For the seller, BondMatch offers an opportunity to see their life's work live on, and with the help of an exit plan, land safely in a new role and identity. For the buyer, it provides a well-developed plan, structure and network that facilitates the takeover and reduces the risk of conflicts.
The result is more collaboration, less stress and better conditions for sustainable changes of ownership throughout the country.
